Disney Junior Characters No Longer Meeting at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios
We’re seeing a lot of big changes happening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios right now! Muppets Courtyard is being transformed into a Monsters, Inc. land, Animation Courtyard is shut down, and a bunch of character meet and greets just moved around.
And now, a character dining experience has changed at the park!
Disney Junior Characters Gone from Hollywood & Vine
Disney Junior characters are no longer appearing during breakfast at Hollywood & Vine. Now, it’s just Minnie’s Seasonal Dining during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Previously, the Disney Junior Play n’ Dine would take place during breakfast only at Hollywood & Vine, and then Minnie’s Seasonal Dining would take over for lunch and dinner. But Disney did previously announce that the Disney Junior Play n’ Dine would only be happening until October 11th of this year.

Minnie’s Seasonal Dining is what takes place all day now, which is when Minnie and Friends meet and greet with you during your meal in their seasonal attire. Right now, they’re in their Halloween costumes! This is also a buffet meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The change is interesting considering the Disney Junior characters are no longer meeting and greeting anywhere in Hollywood Studios since we saw the closure of Animation Courtyard. The area was home to a Disney Junior attraction and also held meet and greets for select Disney Junior characters.
Fancy Nancy at Hollywood & Vine Breakfast
All of Animation Courtyard is shut down right now as it’s transformed into a new area inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios in Burbank with new attractions and experiences.
