Hot Dog of the Month Celebrates Oktoberfest at Disneyland’s GCH Craftsman Grill
It’s fall and Disneyland is celebrating with pumpkin decor, festive foods, new merchandise, and so much more. Halloween celebrations are in full swing, too!
Today, we decided to try out some fall flavors over at one of the popular Disneyland Resort hotels — come with us!
Biergarten Brat Celebrates Oktoberfest
Check out the Biergarten Brat from GCH Craftsman Grill at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! This is the hot dog of the month for October at this spot and celebrates Oktoberfest.
It’s a grilled pork bratwurst with beer cheese, spicy honey mustard, red wine braised cabbage, and crispy onions on a toasted pretzel bun. It’s served with a side of crispy garlic fries for $17.
This is a huge portion size, and the brat has a great snap to it! But you might struggle to eat this without a fork and knife.
It would go great with a cold German beer, so we think that means it’s a perfect representation of an Oktoberfest brat! If you enjoy those flavors, you should enjoy this dish.
And, we’re never going to be mad at a side of crispy garlic fries. This is a hit!
