Robert Irwin Has Joined the Cast of ‘Zootopia 2’
Audiences will have the chance to reunite with Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps for another wild adventure when Zootopia 2 arrives in theaters on November 26, 2025.
The second installment in the Zootopia franchise will see the dynamic duo following a “twisting trail of a mysterious reptile who arrives in Zootopia and turns the mammal metropolis upside down.”

“To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before,” the synopsis explains.
An Ever-Expanding Cast
In addition to the return of familiar faces like Nick, Judy, Flash, Clawhouser, and Gazelle, Zootopia 2 will broaden the scope of the city and introduce several new animal characters.

So far, we know that Ke Huy Quan will portray Gary the Snake, Patrick Warburton will voice Mayor Winddancer, and Yvette Nicole Brown will pull double duty as EMT Otter and Baroness Bear.

Additionally, director Jared Bush revealed that Tiny Lister will posthumously reprise his role as Finnick in the film, and Macauley Culkin and Brenda Song joined the cast.

Now, we can add another star to the cast.
Introducing Robert Furwin
After cha chaing to “Try Everything” during Dancing with the Stars’ “Disney Night” yesterday, Robert Irwin announced that he will voice “Robert Furwin,” a koala, in the upcoming Zootopia 2.
