While Halloween designs have previously only been available during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, they are now available for purchase during the day!
Current designs feature festive imagery, like Mickey & Friends all dressed up for Halloween, and Donald cowering before three (friendly!) ghosts.

Right now, standard balloons will cost you $17, while their light-up counterparts cost $23.
