It was previously only available during the Halloween parties, but now it is available to all guests.

The Pumpkin King is posed sitting on top in his iconic striped suit and looks great. He is holding a pumpkin, and you can also see Zero on the side!
The bucket comes with a detachable blue strap covered with gravestones and characters from the movie.
