Salt & Straw Brings Back the Choco Taco and Halloween Flavors
Yum! Salt & Straw in Downtown Disney is celebrating spooky season with the return of two fan favorites: the Choco Taco and their annual Halloween Series.

This year, the Choco Taco (also known as the Tacolate) is the result of a special collaboration with Taco Bell. We shared the exciting news just a few days ago, and today we indulged in the sweet treat.
And those spooky Halloween flavors? They are back and better than ever!
The Choco Taco- $8.50
Choco Taco
For $8.50, indulge in a crunchy taco-shaped waffle shell filled with churro cinnamon ice cream and coated in chocolate.
The tasty ice cream treat was created by Tyler Malek in collaboration with Taco Bell’s culinary team and just arrived this weekend.

It comes with two sauces to add to the “taco”: Mango Jalapeño or Wild Berry Cinnamon.

We first tried the Mango Jalapeño. This sweet and creamy sauce is similar to caramel, but with a slight kick from the jalapeno.

The Wild Berry is semisweet and just a little tart, like raspberry syrup. Both offer a unique flavor and are great options!
The new Choco Taco is available now for a limited time.
The Halloween Series
Each month, Salt & Straw also presents a new lineup of delicious and creamy flavors.
For October, the Halloween Series lineup is also back with delicious and unique treats that mix sweet, savory, and downright creepy.

Creepy Crawly Critters
We tried the Creepy Crawly Critters, which featured chocolate-covered crickets and mealworms from Don Bugito in matcha-flavored ice cream for $7.50.
Crunchy, creamy, and chocolaty- this packed a lot of flavors and textures in one scoop!
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also purchase a bag of Don Bugito’s chocolate-covered crickets or coconut brittle Bugitos for $7. Yum!
