Where to Find Chewbacca Now That Star Wars Launch Bay Has Closed in Hollywood Studios

If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that things are changing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

With the closure of the Animation Courtyard and Star Wars Launch Bay, the characters who have called Hollywood Studios home have been scattered throughout the park.

Earlier today, we brought you updates on Darth Vader’s new home near Star Tours and where you can find most of the other Animation Courtyard characters.

Now, however, I want to turn your attention to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, where Chewbacca has set up shop.

Where To Find Chewbacca

Guests hoping to meet the beloved Wookiee can now find Chewbacca near the Millennium Falcon in Galaxy’s Edge.

While Chewbacca is no stranger to Galaxy’s Edge, with the closure of the Star Wars Launch Bay, the galactic hero will have a constant presence in this location.

Here is a look at Chewy’s meet-and-greet times.

According to the Cast Members we talked to, Chewbacca will roam around Batuu in the morning before stationing himself in a permanent location.

So, if you want to meet everyone’s favorite Wookiee, head over to the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
