Update On NEW Encanto-Themed Attraction Coming to Animal Kingdom
We love a good update- and this teaser just shared this morning has us so excited!
If you are a Disney fan, you know that Disney’s Animal Kingdom is expecting the first-ever Encanto-themed ride-through attraction.

As part of the Tropical Americas transformation, we have new information about this exciting new ride.
New, New, New!
Jared Bush, Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney Animation Studios, just shared this post on X:
Flying home from Europe and my plane homework will be writing new dialogue for… the Encanto attraction at #DisneyAnimalKingdom which means new words for the magical, fantastical Familia Madrigal! You will not believe what the imagineers are cooking up. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/CLdCAovL2g

New dialogue, fun interactions, and a nod to the Imagineering team– we cannot wait to see what is coming to this highly anticipated attraction.

The first-ever Encanto-themed ride-through attraction is coming to Tropical Americas, and we will keep you updated.
The ride features the Madrigal family inside the Casita, where Antonio has just received his special gift to communicate with animals, and his room has transformed into a rainforest.

The new attraction will open in 2027, and we can’t wait for more details to come out.
