Adorable New Fantasyland Trash Can Candy Container Arrives in Magic Kingdom
When talking about trash cans, it’s very rare that the word “sweet” would come up.
Unless, of course, you’re in Walt Disney World! There, the common trash can has evolved into the coolest candy container of them all!
Don’t believe me? Read on…

While enjoying a browse through the Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom this morning, our MickeyBloggers were excited to spot that a new display of miniature trash cans had popped up on the counter.
Yes, there among all that mouth-watering Halloween candy was a small stack of tiny rubbish receptacles — a sight that anyone other than a regular Disney park-goer would probably consider to be quite unusual!

So, what are these small bins about?
Well, it all started in the spring of this year, when a new collection of trash can-inspired candy containers first appeared at the Magic Kingdom. Designed to resemble the iconic Main Street trash cans yet built to hold a stash of candy, these fun souvenirs went instantly viral among guests…and we can certainly see why!

An original trash can candy container!
Since then, we’ve been wondering whether we’ll see more designs of trash can candy containers swing into the parks…and it looks like today is the day.
Now, we’ve got a brand-new candy can theme, inspired by the dreamy turrets of Fantasyland!

Fantasyland Trash Can Candy Containers
How gorgeous is this new design?
Sure, it might be a trash can, but the Tinker Bell crest and pretty blue edges look ever-so royal and dreamy!

Better still, these cute little containers are the perfect size to store a stash of your favorite candy!

So, how do you get your hands on one of these lil’ trash cans?
Well, they’re available right now at the Main Street Confectionery, of course, located right on the corner of Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom.

To buy one, you’ll first need to grab yourself some sweet stuff to put in it!
Each trash can is available only with a bulk candy purchase of 1/2lb or more. You’ll need to take the candy and a trash can to the counter for a Cast Member to confirm the weight, then the container can be yours for $14.99.

In our opinion, this sounds like the perfect excuse to go get some candy!
We can’t wait to add this cute new Fantasyland trash can to our candy container collection, and we hope to see other Magic Kingdom designs join the lineup in the future.
Imagine how fun an Adventureland trash can would look full of jelly snakes? We’ll keep our fingers crossed!
