The Cast of Disney Destiny’s ‘Hercules’ Show Has Arrived In Germany

If you’ve been following along here at MickeyBlog, you know we’re counting down to the debut of the Disney Destiny this November.

The newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the Destiny, will spotlight Disney’s most iconic stories, with a special focus on the heroes and villains.

As with every Disney Cruise Line vessel, the Disney Destiny will offer guests immersive spaces, world-class entertainment, and outstanding dining experiences throughout their journey.

Rehearsals on ‘Disney Hercules’ Are Underway

With just weeks to go until the ship sets sail, the cast of the Destiny’s Walt Disney Theatre is putting the finishing touches on three Broadway-style stage shows — Disney Seas the Adventure and Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, and the all-new Disney Hercules.

Today, Disney provided an update on the rehearsals. In a new post, they reveal that the cast recently spent 11 weeks at the Disney Cruise Line’s studio in Toronto, where they learned dialogue, choreography, and other show materials for Disney Hercules.

These rehearsals included a performance of the show’s numbers featuring rehearsal puppets, costume pieces, and scenic elements.

The Cast Arrives in Germany

Now, the cast of Disney Hercules has arrived in Germany. There, rehearsals will eventually continue aboard the Destiny in the Walt Disney Theatre, where costumes, sets, and state-of-the-art puppetry will be included.
