Disney World Guests Changing Resorts Can Take Advantage of This Free Service

Once upon a time, not so very long ago, the Disney Magical Express service made transportation from Orlando International Airport to your Walt Disney World resort hotel a breeze.

Not only did the service cover transportation, but it also delivered your luggage.

If you properly checked and tagged your bags, you could skip the baggage claim after arriving in Florida and head straight to your resort. Like magic, your bags would then be delivered to your room.

While Magical Express is no longer offered, there is another Disney bag service that I don’t feel is getting enough attention.

Disney’s Complimentary Luggage Transfer Service

Did you know that if you have a split stay at two Disney World resorts, complimentary luggage transfer is still available?

If you are moving resorts mid-vacation, all you have to do is bring your luggage to Bell Services or call the front desk for assistance.

Disney will then take your bags and transfer them to your new hotel! When your bags arrive, you then have the option of picking them up at Bell Services or having them delivered to your new room.

I should also note that your luggage may take a few hours to arrive at your new resort, so make sure you bring any essentials with you.

With complimentary luggage transfer, changing hotels is a breeze.
