FULL TOUR: Island Tower Deluxe Studio & Villa at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Do you want to get a look inside some of the hotel rooms around Disney World before you book one? We’re here to help!

Island Tower
We like to give you in-depth tours of the hotel rooms when we can, so you can find the right hotel for your next trip. Disney just invited us on a special tour of some of the rooms in Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, so come along with us to check them out!
Island Tower
Island Tower is the most recent addition to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. It’s a Disney Vacation Club property that opened in the fall of 2024 and is located right along the Seven Seas Lagoon, to the right of the main resort if you’re looking at it from the water.

The lobby inside pays homage to the art of wayfinding and the natural elements.

Check out the 3-story mural that tells the tale of the sea and sky and also includes some characters from Moana!

Here’s another look.

Guests at Island Tower also have access to 4 gardens, or tropical terrace hideaways, which are each themed to a different island — Bora Bora, Hawaii, Samoa, and Fiji. Here’s a look at the Wave Break Terrace!

They offer seating areas that give great views of Magic Kingdom or Disney’s Oak Trail and Magnolia Golf Courses!

Let’s go check out the studios and villas! Each room type explores one of the natural elements and has custom textiles and subtle nods to Moana.
Deluxe Studio
First up, we have the Deluxe Studio! These studios have 3 different view options — Resort View (parking area), Preferred View (pool or golf course), and Premium View (Seven Seas Lagoon).
They sleep up to 4 adults and all have one queen bed and one queen-sized pull-down bed.

There is a small kitchenette in here with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

Here is a look at the couch with the pull-down bed attached. This is a Murphy bed so it’s basically just like a normal mattress!

These studios aren’t huge but they have a lot of room thanks to that second bed folding up into the wall!

Across from the beds, you’ll find the TV, drawers, a desk, a small booth and table, and more storage.

The view from this room was wonderful! It would be a great place to watch Magic Kingdom’s fireworks at night.

The bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head, then a separate area for the toilet.

Here’s a look at the vanity and sink area!

1 Bedroom Villa
Now, let’s go into a 1 Bedroom Villa. These sleep up to 5 adults and have one king bed, one king-sized pull down bed, and one single pull down bed.
Walking in, you’ll see the living area, which includes the dining table…

…full kitchen…

…and living room.

The living room has a sectional couch with a pull-down Murphy bed.

Here’s another look!

Across from the couch is the TV and another pull down twin-sized bed.

The balcony has another gorgeous view!

It’s a really incredible living area.

And, there’s a washer and dryer unit!

In the bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed.

There are two nightstands on either side.

This room also has access to the balcony.

There is a dress and wardrobe on the wall with the TV.

We’ve got a full-length mirror next to the entrance to the bathroom.

And in the bathroom, you’ll find a large bathtub and a separate shower.

The toilet area is also closed off.

And, here’s a look at one of the sink areas!

There are actually two sinks. I’m loving the tile color in here!

And, this villa has two bathrooms! Here is a look at the second one.
