Since the Regal Eagle Smokehouse opened its doors in EPCOT’s American Adventure pavilion, the quick-service dining location has delighted BBQ enthusiasts and Muppet fans alike.
Replacing the Liberty Inn, Regal Eagle provides a salute to all barbecue, but mostly American. With 4 delicious house-recipe sauces, all-American entrees, and craft beers, the restaurant has added new flavor to World Showcase.

Pit Master of the Day
Disney Eats took to Instagram today to shine the spotlight on a magical moment that recently took place at Regal Eagle Smokehouse.
While watching the restaurant’s smokers in action, guest Nick was invited to be the BBQ pit master of the day.
Apparently, Regal Eagle selects one guest to be the honorary pit master of the day. In addition to getting their name on the eatery’s chalkboard, the selected guest also gets to announce when the food is ready!

As a reward for their effort, the honorary pit master is bestowed a free turkey leg and a sticker!
