Tips for Bringing Your Kiddos to Disneyland!
Bringing kids to the Disneyland Resort is beyond magical.
With so much to do around the parks, it can be hard to ensure you’re hitting all the must-dos for the kiddos. But don’t worry–we’ve got you covered.
Here are the top tips for bringing your little one(s) to Disneyland, courtesy of Disney Parks Blog!
Play Area
Zapping energy is one of my biggest tips for a successful trip–and Disney seems to agree! They have tons of play areas around Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure!
In Disneyland, there’s the Adventureland Treehouse (lots of stairs, pathways, and interactive aspects)…
…Goofy’s How-to-Play Yard (slides, interactive features, and climbing areas)…
…and the Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer’s Island (caves, bridges, and space to roam).
DCA has the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, which is full of slides, climbing areas, swinging bridges, and more.

Meet Characters
Of course, meeting characters is a trip staple for many–especially the kids!
There are tons of character experiences around the parks, from royal meet-and-greets at Disneyland’s Royal Hall to the playful interactions at Pixar Pier.
Of course, you can also dine with characters over at Plaza Inn, Storytellers Cafe, and Goofy’s Kitchen.

Child-Friendly Attractions and Shows
You can’t forget to ride some classic attractions with your kids–like “it’s a small world,” Dumbo the Flying Elephant, and Pirates of the Caribbean in Disneyland Park…
…and The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure and Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind in DCA.
You can also watch “Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!” in DCA (my kiddos’ favorite show) and Fantasmic! in Disneyland!
So don’t forget to hit up these places the next time you bring kiddos to the Disneyland Resort!
