The Disney Adventure Has Departed Germany For Its Sea Trials
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know how excited we are for the Disney Adventure to make its maiden voyage later this fall.
The latest addition to the Disney Cruise Line, the Adventure, will be the first Disney vessel to sail from Singapore, extending the magic to a new region.

Aboard the ship, guests will be immersed in seven different themed areas: Town Square, San Fransokyo Street, Toy Story Place, Disney Discovery Reef, Wayfinder Bay, Disney Imagination Garden, and Marvel Landing. They will also be able to take in Disney’s first-ever castle at sea.
The last time we checked in on the vessel, amazing progress had been made on the Adventure’s exterior.

The Disney Adventure Sets Sail
In a monumental moment for the Disney Cruise Line, the Disney Adventure has departed Wismar, Germany, and is undergoing its sea trials.

The ship was initially expected to depart on Saturday, but was delayed until Monday over concerns about the water level in the Bay of Wismar.
According to Maritime Executive, the Adventure will make its first stop at Mukran, Germany, on Rugen Island. From there, it will head to the North Sea for trials and travel to Bremerhaven to complete its fitting out.

By the end of the month, the ship should be handed over to the Disney Cruise Line!
