Why Seafood Lovers Should Stop at Flavors of America for EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival
Today is the first day of the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival! We’re in the park today to check out all of the food, merchandise, entertainment, and more.

Flavors of America is located in the American Adventure Pavilion near the back right, before you get to the restrooms.

There are two new food items on the menu this year! And, a fan-favorite dessert has made its return.
Food & Drinks
Let’s try the two new food items! First up, we got the new Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll with warm-water lobster, rock shrimp, lobster bisque, and sherry-crème fraîche on a toasted brioche bun for $8.75.
The seafood in this was fresh and the bisque and sherry-crème fraîche compliment it very well! The melted butter also goes great with the seafood, as expected.
We think this is the best new item here and would definitely get it again!
Next, we got the new New England Slider for $6. This is slow-braised beef pot roast with spicy giardiniera, horseradish cream, and crispy fried onions on a potato roll.
The pot roast is cooked perfectly and the meat combined with the fried onions and potato roll are a beautiful combination.
However, the spicy giardiniera overtakes the flavors here and that’s the main thing you can taste! Beware if you’re averse to spicy dishes.
Also available here is the returning Freshly Baked Chocolate Pudding Cake with Kentucky bourbon caramel for $5.
This is a delicious dessert — it’s kind of like a lava cake in that it’s very rich and chocolatey with a soft center. The caramel is complex due to the bourbon and it’s not overly sweet!
As for drinks, there are three new beers on tap — the Harpoon Brewery Flannel Friday Hoppy Amber Ale, Playalinda Brewing Co. Pumpkin Cheesecake Blonde Stout, and the von Trapp Brewing Natür Helles Lager. You can get a 6 oz. pour for $5.75, a 12 oz. pour for $9.75, or a flight of all 3 for $12.75.
This is a great booth if you want some comfort food with traditional American flavors!
