This Year’s Festival Spain Booth Does Not Disappoint!
We are live at the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and discovering all of the new food and drink offerings at this popular fall event.
There are so many great eats, and we are indulging in everything. Nothing beats the assortment of food and drinks you can try.

The Spain Pavilion is located between Italy and Germany and features all new menu items this year.
Fans can indulge in Trio de Pintxos, Paella Caldoso, and a new treat, the Basque Cheesecake.
Guests can also pair the new menu items with a new cocktail! The Summer in Spain is a blend of Frozen Simply Lemonade, yellow Chartreuse Liqueur, and Green Chartreuse Liqueur.
We were so excited to check out the delicious offerings–here is what we tried!

We first tried the Trio de Pintxos, which costs $7.25. This tasty dish includes a Jamón Croqueta, Pan con tomate, and Tortilla Española.
The first piece is fried and has cheese inside with capers that make a savory, salty, and very tasty bite–we loved it. The middle piece is bread with fresh tomato, olive oil, and toasted bread. Absolutely delicious! The last one is a potato with a little kick in the sauce that reminded us of spicy mayo. This dish was great and gets a 10/10!
Next, we tried Paella Caldoso for $8.00. This tasty dish is made with Rock shrimp, bay scallops, and smoked mussels.
All we can say is wow! This is incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection–it is ideal for seafood fans! The seafood is fresh with no fishy taste, and the paella is so flavorful. This yummy bite is also a win!
And finally, for a sweet treat, we had the new Basque Cheesecake for $5,25.
This creamy cheesecake is delicious! It is very light and fluffy, and not too sweet. The citrus on top pairs nicely with the lighter grapefruit cake, and it makes a great dessert.
Overall, we loved our experience with Spain and highly recommend it.
