REVIEW: Brew-Wing Lab at EPCOT’s 2025 Food & Wine Festival
It’s official — EPCOT’s 2025 Food & Wine Festival has officially begun!

The fan-favorite festival kicks off today, Thursday, August 28th, and runs through Saturday, November 22nd, bringing exclusive festival merchandise and exciting live entertainment to the park.

Of course, the Food & Wine Festival just wouldn’t be the Food & Wine Festival without some incredible cuisine and delicious adult drinks!
As always, MickeyBlog is coming to you LIVE from EPCOT, bringing you a first look at all the fabulous flavors this fan-favorite event has to offer.

So far, we’ve sampled the goods over at Harvest Hollow and gotten a caffeine fix at Joffrey’s.

Now, it’s time to turn our attention to Brew-Wing Lab, where you’ll find sugar, spice, and… pickles? Let’s check it out!

Brew-Wing Lab is located in the World Celebration section of the park, where you’ll find it nestled inside the Odyssey Pavilion.

This year, the menu includes five food items and an impressive ten drink options, including the returning non-alcoholic Pickle Milk Shake.

Meanwhile, returning food options include the Fried Pickle Spears with dill ranch, Garlic-Parmesan Wings, IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Tenders tossed in buffalo sauce with plant-based ranch and plant-based blue cheese crumbles, and Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings with creamy cucumber raita.

There’s also the BRAND-NEW Korean BBQ Wings, which are served with gochujang barbecue sauce and toasted sesame.

Of course, the food isn’t the only big draw at Brew-Wing Lab.
Inside, you’ll also find a whole bunch of Muppets-themed fun, including this super-cute Muppets photo op…

Let’s EAT!
But, I digress. We’re here to talk about FOOD, right?
Today, we started with the Korean BBQ Wings ($7.75) and the Beer Flight ($12.75).

The wings are sweet and hearty, with plenty of meat on the bone. Be aware that these are MESSY — but with that delicious BBQ sauce, we’d say they’re well worth the mess!

Meanwhile, the Beer Flight was a refreshing way to wash it all down! All of the beers are tart and not very sweet, making them a particularly refreshing option.

Of all of them, we especially enjoyed the Raspberry Beer, which is super refreshing and offers the perfect hint of raspberry on the back end.
Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry Wings!

Despite the intimidating name, these wings actually aren’t as spicy as you might think. In our opinion, that’s a good thing — the spice level was pretty manageable. But if you’re looking for melt-your-mouth spice levels, you might find yourself a smidge disappointed.
Finally, topped it all off with the Frozen Pomegranate & Raspberry Tea!

This one is pleasantly tart (more tart than sweet), and is served with sweet orange dipping dots on top. It’s the perfect refreshing drink on a hot day like today!
