Disney World President Jeff Vahle Calls The Beak and Barrel a “Great Addition to Adventureland”
With just one week to go until The Beak and Barrel finally opens its doors, anticipation for the new Pirates of the Caribbean tavern is through the roof.
Officially opening on August 29, the new Magic Kingdom lounge will be a place for buccaneers to gather, celebrate, and drink in the heart of Adventureland.

As we saw earlier this week, guests are already clamoring to visit The Beak and Barrel, with reservations for the establishment’s first two months of operation selling out in under an hour.

Jeff Vahle Visits The Beak and Barrel
Walt Disney World President Jeff Vahle paid a visit to Magic Kingdom earlier this morning, checking out The Beak and Barrel.

“I had the opportunity to visit with the teams who collaborated on it and was amazed by their creativity. The pirate-themed lounge blends new characters and stories with nods to the classic attraction and films,” he proudly proclaimed.
So far, we have been blown away by what we have seen of The Beak and Barrel. As it turns out, we are not the only ones.
