FIRST LOOK: Come With Us to Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar in Disney Springs!
It’s officially spooky season in Disney World! We just went to the first couple of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties, and there are some festive decorations up in Magic Kingdom.

But that’s not the only place that’s getting in the Halloween spirit at Disney World! A popular Disney Springs spot just debuted its Halloween overlay for the season!
Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar
For the first time ever, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is transforming into Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar from today through November 4th! We were invited to a special preview of the spooky space today — come along with us to check it out along with the new food and drinks.

The decor in here is styled to look like kitschy Halloween decorations from the 1940s and is from Jock’s personal Halloween collection.
You can find festive tinsel garland (which was popularized in the 1940s) in front of Jock’s treasures, including a banner for his win in the National Air Races!

You will see pumpkin scarecrows at the front entrance, including one that flies an airplane — he’s mimicking the spirit of Jock Lindsey with a chilling twist!
The space is blending the cozy glow of vintage lanterns with playful touches that feel more charming than chilling, according to Disney. It feels like stepping into a nostalgic Halloween party from years ago!

Then, in the far corner of the bar, you can see a card stock band of vintage Beistle-style black cat decorations watching over the room.
And, Jock’s pet boa constrictor Reggie is out of his cage, but when he returns, he’ll have to slink past a set of retro blow molds with expressive faces dancing with light.

If you’re dining in the diving bell, you’ve got some friends! There is a patch of Jack-O’-lanterns that has taken up residence above your head, ready to flicker through the night.

Definitely make sure you pop in just to see the decorations if you’re a big fan of spooky season.

Okay, let’s get to the food! We go to try a number of items that are now on the menu.

First up, we got the Cursed Mummy Sausages. These are mini smoked sausages wrapped in puff pastry and served with pomegranate-mustard sauce for $14.

This is a really fun display and you’re in for a surprise when they bring it to the table!

The smoked sausages were very flavorful. The vinegar in the mustard sauce complimented them well!

Next, we tried the Zombie Eye Bites! These are traditional deviled egg filling, crispy fried chicken, and black olives for $17.

The chicken was crispy and the sweet potatoes went well with everything!

We also enjoyed the spicy sauce.

Finally, we tried the Alien Invader Sliders! This has Crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives for $16.

This snack is absolutely adorable! The chicken has a bit of a kick to it, but overall it’s pretty mild in terms of Nashville Hot Chicken.

The provolone and pickle make it even more palatable for those of you with a small spice tolerance.

For drinks, we got to try The Spike Trap! This is Malibu Coconut Rum, Stoli Vanilla Vodka, cream of coconut, and Sprite garnished with a ghost marshmallow for $16.50.

It was a very creamy coconut rum drink!

This drink was sweet but still refreshing thanks to the sprite. We also loved the ghost on top!

Other new food items include the Phantom Dumplings, which are chicken and pork dumplings wrapped in rice paper and served with teriyaki dipping sauce for $14.
And, you can get the Skull of the Dead: Mojo pork, cheddar, flour tortilla, and pickle pico de gallo for $16.

The other new cocktails you can try are the non-alcoholic Snake Egg Surprise, which is Simply Lemonade, lime juice, desert pear syrup, and green apple boba pearls for $6.75…

…the Cauldron Cooler, which is Hendrick’s Gin, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and butterfly pea extract for $17.50…

…and the Scarab Beetle Essence, which is Siesta Key Silver Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple juice, and grenadine for $16.50.

Happy Halloween! Make sure you head over to Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar to check everything out for yourself.
