Sports Fans Will Soon Be Able to Bundle ESPN and Fox One
The dream of Venu Sports may have gone up in smoke, but the streaming service lives on.
Just days after Disney consummated a significant deal with the NFL and announced the launch date for ESPN’s streaming app, the company announced that it will package the streaming service with FOX One, allowing consumers to get even more sports content.
The latest streaming bundle will launch on October 2 and cost $39.99. That is $10 more than the $29.99 price point for the ESPN Unlimited service.

“Working with FOX One on this bundle offer allows us to bring ESPN’s world-class sports content to even more fans in a seamless and innovative way,” said Sean Breen, EVP, Disney Platform Distribution. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to delivering premium experiences across platforms and meeting consumers where they are — anytime, anywhere.”
The ESPN App Launches August 21
The ESPN streaming app will officially launch on August 21, delivering 47,000 live events, on-demand replays, studio shows, original programming, and NFL content. Additionally, fans will have access to all of ESPN’s linear networks, SECN+, ESPN+, and ACCNX.

Fox One, on the other hand, will bring all of Fox’s News, Sports, and Entertainment content to one dynamic streaming platform. The app will give fans access to FOX News Channel, FOX Business, FOX Weather, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, Big Ten Network, FOX Deportes, FOX Local Stations, FOX Network, FOX Nation, and B1G+.
“Announcing ESPN as our first bundle partner is evidence of our desire to deliver the best possible value and viewing experience to our shared customers,” said Tony Billetter, SVP, Strategy and Business Development, FOX Direct to Consumer.
