Disney World Souvenirs I ACTUALLY Use at Home
Walt Disney World understands nostalgia. Nostalgia makes us vacation at the same place every year. It makes us buy souvenirs.
How many have fallen into the trap? We get off on an exhilarating ride. We’re led into an exit/gift shop. While on a post-ride high, we bought a shot glass.

Sadly, this can lead to clutter. I’m not here to influence Disney souvenir shopping. However, I would like to offer some shopping advice.
After taking many Disney trips, here are the souvenirs I enjoy on a daily basis. Whether they’re practical or are beautiful keepsakes, these are purchases I do recommend.

Fantasia & Fantasia Market
Disney Clothing
My wardrobe is full of Disney-themed hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and Spirit Jerseys. I wear these when lounging at home, running errands, and visiting Orlando.
Honestly, it adds magic to my day when I bundle up in a Disney hoodie. And I’ve met so many other fans just by grocery shopping in Disney gear.

Crewneck Sweatshirt
Please note: I don’t recommend this for people who would never wear a Mickey-themed shirt in the “real” world. Disney clothing isn’t cheap.
But I’ve had my assorted Disney attire for years. Because I wear these items everywhere, the price tag isn’t so bad.

Disney Store
Disney Jewelry
Take it from someone who loves Disney fashion. Disney has really stepped up their game in jewelry.
There’s plenty of affordable, costume jewelry, but there are upscale options.

First of all, check out the jewelry created by Arribas Brothers. Their products can be found in Disney Springs, the Magic Kingdom Emporium, and several EPCOT World Showcase pavilions.
Arribas Brothers pioneered Disney jewelry for grown-ups, and I’ve been wearing their earrings since 2012. They’re barely tarnished 10+ years later.

Disney Store
For a splurge, check out pieces by CRISLU and Rebecca Hook. These beautiful pieces of Disney jewelry are set in precious metals and take park jewelry to the next level.
The timeless design pairs with everything from t-shirts to formal dresses. Best of all, they offer a lifetime warranty on purchases. (Just remember to register them online.)

Disney Ever After (Disney Springs) and Legends of Hollywood (Hollywood Studios) have extensive CRISLU and Rebecca Hook selections.
Last but not least, Baublebar has made a splash onto the jewelry scene. Ranging from statement pieces to simple studs, you can find these products in many Disney World gift shops.

Specifically, I love their seasonal jewelry, and their Mickey food-shaped earrings are becoming an internet favorite.
If you wear these as everyday pieces, they’re worth every penny.

Designer Purses
Loungefly backpacks are all the rage, but for me, these are strictly for theme parks. Designer bags, on the other hand, work everywhere.
I bought my first Disney-themed Dooney and Bourke purse in 2015, and I still use it to this day.

Since then, I’ve slowly added to my collection with more Dooney and Burke, Vera Bradley, and Kate Spade purses. They range from colorful totes to subtle crossbodies.
I’ve carried these bags everywhere from cocktail parties to the mall.

While they are pricier, they are made well. Mine have lasted for years, with practically no wear and tear.
If you’ve been eyeing a Disney bag for years, this is your sign to go for it!

Kitchen Wares
Just ask my husband. Every time I go to Disney World, I ask if we should retheme our kitchen. We haven’t, but we usually come home with some goodies.

Disney Cruise Line Merchandise – Marketplace Co-Op
Some of my favorite kitchen-themed souvenirs include:
-
- Dish Towels
- Cookie Jars
- Spoon Rests
- Trivets
- Oven Mitts
- Spatulas
- Accent Dishware
- Mugs (duh!)

On top of being affordable and useful, these are sweet reminders of the most magical place on Earth. Cooking dinner is now a little more whimsical.
Wall Art
It took a while, but I can finally invest in artwork. Disney artwork has decorated my home for years.
From canvases to framed posters, Disney artwork can be a meaningful and personal gift. Keep in mind, you should have an idea of where you’ll hang it. It should also align with your style.

Thomas Kinkade Studios has a beautiful Disney line, but I also love the artwork inside the Marketplace Co-op in Disney Springs. Here, you can find prints in various sizes by various artists.
Pro Tip: If you’re an art lover, visit EPCOT during the wintertime Festival of the Arts. The World Showcase is covered in galleries, demonstrations, and art vendors.

Whether you’re looking for a classy Cinderella Castle painting or a retro piece featuring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Disney World is a great place to browse.
Seasonal Decor
Seasonal decor has exploded in the past decade. The internet is full of people filling up shopping carts with pumpkins and Christmas lights.
Now I love holiday decorations too, but I try to invest in long-term pieces.

Fortunately, Disney sells exceptional fall and holiday decor. I love checking out the Emporium, Disney’s Days of Christmas, and the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe for treasures.
Hand-crafted ornaments are a must-buy, but I’ve found other gems. My Mickey Pumpkin Wreath, Mickey pumpkin candle votives, and Christmas-themed “It’s a Small World” music box are staples in my home.

If possible, I recommend passing up trinkets and buying decorations you’ll use year after year.
There’s nothing wrong with magnets, keychains, etc. But I hope that this list has inspired you to consider a long-lasting Disney purchase.

Whatever you bring home, I hope it brings a little magic to your life.
