When Radiator Springs Racers Will Close & Reopen at Disneyland Resort
We’ve seen a bunch of exciting things happening around Disneyland Resort lately! The whole resort is celebrating its big 70th Anniversary with special entertainment, ride updates, and more.

There are currently a few attractions that are closed for refurbishment and maintenance around Disneyland, and one more is about to be added to the list.
Radiator Springs Racers Closure
Radiator Springs Racers will be closed starting on August 18th for routine refurbishment. We already knew about the closure date, but now, we know when it is set to reopen!
The ride is set to reopen on September 26th, as of right now. That could change going forward, but right now, Disney’s website lists the ride as being open again on September 26th.
According to Scott Gustin on X, the work happening on the ride includes track resurfacing, lighting enhancements, and audio/visual upgrades. We can’t wait to see the ride get a little tune-up!
