Cast Members Bring Extra Magic to Cool Kid Summer
This summer, Walt Disney World is the place to be! Cool Kid Summer debuted and has brought new entertainment, a nighttime parade, and endless magical moments…all brought to life by its incredible cast members.

Across all four parks, they’ve turned summer days and vacation fun into lifelong memories through interactive games, crafts, and character encounters.
Fun at Cool Kid Summer
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, families enjoyed nature crafts, sing-alongs, and wildlife adventures. Young fans had fun searching for tigers, okapi, and more.

They also earned a special Wilderness Explorers badge with help from cast members like Teresa. “When kids are so excited about learning new things, it brings me back to my inner child. To me, that’s what this is all about!”
Over at EPCOT, GoofyCore was the hot spot for DJ-led dance parties and fun games. The colorful CommuniCore Hall creates the ultimate party vibes (with air conditioning), and kids are immersed in music, games, and more.

“It’s really fun to watch kids be kids… and we get to sing and dance right along with them!” said Fran, a Convention Guide of 18 years.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios also joined in the fun! The “Get Animated” experience has games, crafts, and more, all featuring beloved characters.
“Seeing families’ eyes light up when they see their favorite characters… has really meant a lot to me,” shared Angel.

Magic Kingdom brought special character interactions, dance parties, and family fun zones!
Abby, a Merchandise Cast Member, said, “It reminds me of when I was younger and all the magic that cast members have made for me over the years.”
The one common thread? The amazing fun and connections with these hard-working Cast Members!
