‘Vampirina: Teenage Vampire’ Live-Action Series Coming to Disney+ and Disney Channel
Fans of Vampirina will love this new TV series coming soon! Vampirina: Teenage Vampire is a new live-action tween series premiering next month on Disney Channel.
The new show is a music-driven Disney Channel series based on the animated hit Disney Jr. show. Its first episode will air this September.
The Details
Get ready for music, friendship, and fun! The first two episodes of the new series will premiere on the Disney Channel on September 12 at 8 and 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, with new episodes airing weekly.

All 16 episodes will be available on October 15 on Disney+ and Disney Channel On Demand.
The series follows Vee (Kenzi Richardson) as she leaves Transylvania for Wilson Hall Academy of the Arts, a performing arts boarding school. Vee finds herself living among humans for the first time as she chases her passion for music — all while keeping her vampire identity hidden.

Things get complicated when her overprotective father assigns a 600-year-old ghost, Demi, to watch over her.
The Cast
The cast includes Jiwon Lee as Vee’s roommate Sophie, Shaun Dixon as Elijah, and Faith Hedley as classmate Britney.

Kate Reinders and Jeff Meacham play the role of her vampire parents, while Kim Coles plays Dean Merriweather.
Season 1 guests include Mykal-Michelle Harris, Janice LeAnn Brown in a Wizards Beyond Waverly Place crossover, Jenna Davis, and Ariel Martin as pop star “Millie Eyelash.”
