The Latest Disney Lorcana Cards Really Stand Out!
If you grew up watching A Goofy Movie, this has been a particularly exciting year. With the film celebrating its 30th anniversary, Disney has pulled out all the stops and brought Max, Goofy, and Powerline back into the limelight.
Earlier this year, we saw a Powerline Max popcorn bucket debut, Not Just a Goof arrive on Disney+, and Jason Marsden and Bill Farmer reunite for a trip down memory lane.

Now, Disney Lorcana is getting in on the fun.
New ‘A Goofy Movie’ Lorcana Cards Are on the Way
Yesterday, Disney revealed that for the first time ever, Max, Powerline, and other Goofy Movie favorites will appear as Glimmers in the world of Lorcana.
The first new card features Max rocking out in his bedroom to Powerline.

The second card showcases Powerline in concert! As you can see, the cards come in both Standard and Epic versions.

According to Disney, the cards were designed to reflect the nostalgic spirit of A Goofy Movie, while reimagining some of the film’s iconic moments.
Two More Cards Were Recently Previewed
Fans attending GenCon also got the opportunity to view the cards as part of Lorcana’s Second Anniversary Celebration panel.

There, audiences also got a preview of two more Goofy Movie cards. These include:
- Powerline – World’s Greatest Rockstar (Standard and Enchanted versions)
- Song cards: “Stand Out” (Standard and Epic versions) and “I2I” (Standard and Enchanted versions)
So, if you are A Goofy Movie fan, keep your eyes open. With the new Lorcana Fabled set launching on August 29, you will soon have the opportunity to pick up the new cards.
