Stage 1 Has Been Demolished in Muppets Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
If you’re a fan of The Muppets, you probably are aware of the devastating events happening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios right now. Muppets Courtyard is being re-themed to a Monsters, Inc. land.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Monsters, Inc., but many of us are sad to see Muppets Courtyard leave us. The area shut down earlier this year, and today, we noticed some major demolition has occurred.
Stage 1 Demolished in Muppets Courtyard
Stage 1 Company Store has been completely demolished in the former Muppets Courtyard.
We used to be able to kind of see it even with the walls up…
…but now, everything is gone!
As a reminder, this is what the Stage 1 Company Store looked like before. It wasn’t open as a regular store before the closures, but was used for special merchandise releases from time to time and during Jollywood Nights.
Here’s another look.
Now, the store is no more.
We could see construction machinery inside of the area.
We are sure to see many more changes in this area as it transforms into a Monsters, Inc. themed land. So, stick around we’ll keep you updated.
