Best known for its delicious margaritas, La Cava del Tequila is home to over 200 different kinds of tequila. So naturally, this beloved Disney World hotspot is a prime destination for National Tequila Day!

In case you missed it, La Cava del Tequila teased a special, celebratory National Tequila Day offering earlier this week. And now, as the festivities kick off today, they’ve finally revealed what’s in store!

Hilda, who hails from the Mexican town of Jalisco Tequila, is a Certified Tequila Expert. So when she shares her memoirs (in tequila form, no less!), you KNOW we’re paying attention!

In honor of National Tequila Day, Hilda has introduced a new tequila tasting experience called “Hilda’s Memoirs.”
In her own words, the experience is “more than just tequila. It’s a tribute to my roots, my culture, and the land that raised me.”

The experience, which includes three memory-evoking tequilas, is available beginning today, July 24th, 2025.
“Hilda’s Memoirs” is NOT billed as a limited-time offering, so we’re crossing our fingers that this mysterious new menu item will be available long into the future!
