Bourbon Steak Now Open
Bourbon Steak has opened up early in Disney World! The new steakhouse is located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and took over the space formerly occupied by Shula’s Steak House.

The restaurant was supposed to open on Saturday, July 26th, but the hotel and restaurant posted on Instagram today that they have opened up early! Reservations are currently available on OpenTable.

Bourbon Steak is open every day from 5PM to 11PM and is from award-winning chef Michael Mina. It’s an ode to the traditional steakhouse that features seared steaks and table-side old fashioneds — it’s describes as a fresh perspective on the familiar steakhouse.

This is a signature dining experience so guests are expected to dress accordingly in attire that is appropriate for the restaurant. That means clothing that’s neat and in good condition, free from offensive language and/or graphics, and no swimwear.

Chef Michael Mina is an award-winning chef and the founder and executive chairman of MINA Group, which is a collection of over 30 chef-driven concepts. There are other Bourbon Steak locations in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Hawaii, and more.
