So far this month, we met the legendary Chef Ernie of Scat Cat’s Club and Café at Disney’s Port Orleans – French Quarter and Chef Danny of California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Today, we are introduced to Chef Adrian at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant.
Meet Chef Adrian

Disney
At Tony’s Town Square Restaurant in Magic Kingdom, Chef Adrian serves up more than great food; he serves heart. From creating allergy-friendly meals that bring joy to guests to mentoring fellow cast members with pride, Adrian has a passion for service and storytelling.
Early in my career, seeing the guest light up after receiving a special meal tailored to their allergy made my day. Now, I find the same joy in mentoring, cast members, and seeing their growth and success stories. That’s what fills my cup.
Tony’s Town Square restaurant is inspired by Lady and the Tramp and the iconic bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. “How could we have a Tony’s Town Square without the dish?”

Disney
Adrian loves Disney magic and movies and is passionate about helping budding chefs. His advice to future chefs is to show initiative and a strong sense of teamwork.
