WATCH: The First Trailer For ‘Iron Man and His Awesome Friends’ Has Arrived as John Stamos Joins the Cast
John Stamos has joined the cast of the upcoming Disney Junior series Iron Man and his Awesome Friends.
Building on the success of Spidey and His Amazing Friends, Disney will debut Iron Man and His Awesome Friends on August 11. The first Iron Man series created for preschool, the series boasts a theme song, “Totally Awesome”, by blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus.

“To help them in their Super Hero endeavors, they each have their own Iron Suits that allow them to fly and give them each enhanced super-strength. In addition, Iron Man has a Nano-Shield; Ironheart has a Heartbeat Bubble forcefield to protect people, and Iron Hulk has his strong Iron Boom clap and Iron Hulk Stomp,” the show’s official synopsis reads.
The Series Will Boast Numerous Guest Stars
Previously, Disney announced that Iron Man and His Awesome Friends will star a young Tony Stark (Mason Bloomberg), Ironheart (Kapri Ladd), and Iron Hulk (Aidyn Ahn) as they work together to protect their city.
Now we know that Stamos has joined the cast, voicing Howard Stark in the series. The actor previously voiced Iron Man in Spidey and his Amazing Friends.

According to Deadline, the series will also feature guest appearances by Jackée Harry, ESPN sportscaster Jessica Mendoza, Stephen Tobolowsky, Lauren Tom, Gary Anthony Williams, and Mo Collins.
