Commemorate Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary with a Special Edition Shirt and Pin!
The Disneyland Resort turns 70 years old today! If you’re in the parks, you’re in luck–there are tons of special ways to celebrate!
Today, the resort debuted a special edition map and button, new treats and merchandise, the new Walt Disney audio-animatronic, and the song update at “it’s a small world.”

Downtown Disney is joining in on the anniversary fun! Over on Instagram, Downtown Disney shared a peek at the merchandise you can buy around the location in celebration of the anniversary–take a look:

We spotted the merch over at World of Disney!
The “I Was There” Shirt is $39.99 and shows Mickey in front of the “D” logo, dressed in his anniversary event outfit. To commemorate today, the shirt says, “I Was There!!!” above today’s date–and Disneyland’s 70th birthday–July 17th, 2025.

Collectors–or anniversary enthusiasts–can also grab the matching “I Was There” Pin for $24.99! The pin has the same design as the shirt.

We also spotted the Mickey 70th Anniversary Ear Hat for $29.99! The black hat has an anniversary logo with matching trim.
