PHOTOS & VIDEOS: The BDX Droids Have Arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Earlier today, we brought you the exciting news that the Star Wars BDX droids have made their long-awaited debut at Walt Disney World.
After appearing at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disneyland Park, and Disneyland Paris, the next generation of free-roaming animatronics has finally landed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where they will meet guests at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

When we heard the adorable droids were in the neighborhood, we had to stop by and say hi!
The Droids Have Arrived at Hollywood Studios
Beginning today, the BDX droids will meet in a variety of locations in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
We saw them under the Millennium Falcon at 3PM!
As you can see, the droids look as adorable as ever.
They were thrilled to be meeting with guests.
When catching up with the droids, we were thrilled to see Chewbacca stop by!

As you can see, the droids were enamored with Chewbacca.
When interacting with guests, the droids have little flashlights that they could use.
They also love to scan their environment!

Where To Find Them
If you want to see the BDX Droids for yourself, head over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
The droids will meet at a variety of locations on Tuesday through Saturday at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Make sure you check the My Disney Experience (they’re listed under “characters”) to find out where they will be meeting!
