Everything You Need to Know When Planning a Trip to Disneyland Paris!
If you’re the planner in your group, you probably know every tip and trick for your home resort. But planning a trip to another resort? Yeah, that can get tricky.

Disneyland Paris
Planning a trip to another resort–especially one in another country–can be hard. Where should you fly into? Where do you stay? Which tickets do you need?
And if you’re planning to visit Disneyland Paris, but don’t know where to start–don’t worry! Disney has you covered.
Disneyland Paris Planning
Disney Parks Blog shared a guide for planning a trip to Disneyland Paris! Here’s what you need to know:
Flying to Disneyland Paris
There are three airports you can fly into when visiting Disneyland Paris:
- Charles de Gaulle Airport: France’s largest airport and the closest to Disneyland Paris.
- Orly Airport: South of Paris and a bit further from Disneyland Paris; however, most budget airlines flying within Europe use this airport.
- Beauvais Airport: Located outside of Paris and good for booking budget flights within Europe if you don’t mind the distance.

Train
From Paris, the RER A takes about 40 minutes to get to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy. Trains typically depart every 10-15 minutes from stations in Chatelet, Nation, Gare de Lyon, and Auber.
If you fly into Charles de Gaulle, the TGV line goes directly to Disneyland Paris.
(Don’t forget to book a round-trip ticket!)
Bus
If you’re taking a bus from Charles de Gaulle or Orly, the Magical Shuttle takes you to your hotel. If you’re visiting from the city, the Disneyland Paris Express departs from five locations–Garde du Nord, Eiffel Tower area, Opéra, Montparnasse, and Bercy.
Travel time varies, depending on your hotel.
Car
You can take a taxi or a rideshare service from the city/airport right to Disneyland Paris. Travel time can take approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.
Where to Stay
Disneyland Paris has seven resort hotels:
- Disneyland Hotel: A 5-star hotel, which serves as the park entrance to Disneyland Paris, and has royal-themed rooms and fine dining.
- Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel: A 4-star hotel with sleek Super Hero-themed decor.
- Disney Newport Bay Club: A 4-star hotel filled with nautical and maritime-themed charm.
- Disney Sequoia Lodge: A cozy hotel that transports you to a grand lodge with a touch of Bambi.
- Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Hotel Santa Fe: Wild West and Route-66 vibes, inspired by Toy Story and Cars.
- Disney Davey Crockett Ranch: A 3-star cabin experience.

- Dated Ticket: Helps you save if you know the day(s) you’re planning to visit.
- Un-Dated Ticket: If you don’t know when you’re visiting, or if you’re gifting a ticket to someone, this might be your best bet. Just register your visit date before arrival.
- Family & Friends Ticket: Gives a discounted rate to groups of four to six visiting between June 19th and October 26th, 2025.
