AdventHealth Now Offering In-Room Medical Care at Walt Disney World Resort
What do you do when you spend all year planning the most magical vacation, only to have yourself or a family member get sick? Getting better has gotten even easier with a recent update.
As of June 16th, 2025, AdventHealth launched new In-Room Medical Care for Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

If you have ever worried about getting sick while on vacation and wondered what to do, Walt Disney World Resort just made things a little easier.
Disney has partnered with AdventHealth, the Official Health Care Provider of Walt Disney World® Resort, to offer in-room medical care for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels.
AdventHealth
The new service, available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., brings licensed AdventHealth providers directly to your hotel room. This service provides care for a wide range of non-emergency conditions, including colds, allergies, minor injuries, and more.
It’s designed to help guests feel better faster so they can get back to having fun.
Disney
Appointments are super easy to make, and guests have two options.
- Schedule by calling 407-939-7480
- Use the My Disney Experience App to connect to AdventHealth and multiple resources.

A provider will typically arrive within two hours. If needed, medications may be dispensed on-site or delivered to your room via AdventHealth Pharmacy services.
