Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion Holiday Return Date Revealed!

If you’re visiting the Disneyland Resort over the next month or so, be prepared for refurbishments.

Ah, yes…those pesky refurbishments are taking over the parks, resulting in multiple closures over the coming weeks. From adrenaline-inducing rides to family experiences, the refurbishment list is growing quite long. 

But we now know when one classic attraction–in its seasonal form–will welcome back souls…we mean guests! 

Haunted Mansion Holiday

The Haunted Mansion is scheduled to close on August 9th for its seasonal transition into Haunted Mansion Holiday. That means August 8th is the last day this year that you can ride the original Haunted Mansion.

This refurbishment is relatively brief, with Haunted Mansion Holiday currently scheduled to return on August 22nd! The seasonal overlay will take over the attraction through January 7th, 2026–the last day of the holiday season at the resort.

Two holidays collide!

So head over to the attraction before August 9th, hop on a Doom Buggy, and experience the classic spooks before the citizens of Halloween Town take over!
