Port Royal Curios and Curiosities Returns as Merchandise Location in Disneyland
Changes are almost always happening at Disneyland Resort! Haunted Mansion is closing temporarily next month, the Enchanted Tiki Room just opened back up, and a bunch of things are going on for the 70th anniversary.
And today, we saw an interesting change over in Disneyland Park.
Port Royal Curios and Curiosities
Port Royal Curios and Curiosities has been converted BACK into a merchandise location in Disneyland Park. This store is located in New Orleans Square near Pirates of the Caribbean.
This was previously a merchandise location for items inspired by things like the Haunted Mansion and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Then, back in early May, it was converted into a seating area for guests to get some air conditioning and relax.
There were a bunch of chairs and tables for guests to use, and we thought they had converted this area due to the approaching summer season.
But now it’s back to being a merchandise location! We’re not really sure why Disney shortly made this a seating area, but it is now filled with merchandise once more.
