Miley Cyrus Gets Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Marilyn Monroe, Harrison Ford, Michael Jackson… And now, Miley Cyrus!
You know you’ve made it in Hollywood when you get your own star, and Miley Cyrus is the latest addition to this iconic Walk of Fame.

Disney Channel Alum
While many celebrities are represented, it’s not every day that a Disney Channel alumnus and child star gets their iconic star.
The former Disney Channel star and Grammy-winning artist has been named one of 35 honorees in the Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2026. Other stars include Timothée Chalamet, Rami Malek, Josh Groban, Noah Wyle, and Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Cyrus, 32, reflected on the milestone and took to social media to share her excitement, recalling her early days in Los Angeles.
Honored to be receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. When I first came to LA from Nashville as a little girl, my family would stay at a hotel on Hollywood Blvd, and I would go on late-night walks with my dad [Billy Ray Cyrus] when no one would recognize him.

We’d have the gift shops to ourselves and buy knockoff Oscars and Marilyn Monroe merchandise. To now be cemented on this legendary boulevard, surrounded by the icons who inspired me, feels like a dream. This moment will live forever. Thank you to everyone in my life who made it possible. I am grateful to share this star with you.
Rise to Fame
Cyrus rose to fame playing the role(s) of Miley Stewart and Hannah Montana on the hit Disney Channel series Hannah Montana from 2006 to 2011.
Afterwards, she built a strong music career with hits like “Party in the U.S.A.,” “Wrecking Ball,” and the record-breaking “Flowers.”

In 2024, Cyrus took home two Grammy Awards for “Flowers,” including Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance. She followed it up with a third Grammy in early 2025 for her collaboration with Beyoncé on “II Most Wanted.”
Miley has had a fantastic journey from teen sensation to pop star to now a Walk of Fame honoree.
