WHEN You Can Book Your 2025 Eat to the Beat Dining Package in EPCOT

This year, the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival kicks off on August 28th and runs through November 22nd, bringing delicious treats, sweet sips, and exclusive festival merchandise to the park.

Each year, Eat to the Beat brings an enviable lineup of bands and musicians to EPCOT (check out the full 2025 lineup HERE!) — and naturally, this exciting event draws PLENTY of crowds.
Since Eat to the Beat performances are included in your standard park ticket, seating for these incredible concerts can be a seriously hot commodity.

Fortunately, there IS a way to secure a seat ahead of time. Enter Eat to the Beat Dining Packages!
Beginning July 16th, 2025, guests can book a Festival Concert Series Dining Package (available Friday-Monday) to guarantee seating for the Eat to the Beat performance of their choice.

So what does an Eat to the Beat Dining Package include – and how can you book yours? Let’s check it out!
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages
If you want guaranteed seating at an Eat to the Beat performance, there’s no better way than an Eat to the Beat Dining Package!
When you purchase your dining package, you’ll choose from breakfast, lunch, or dinner (selections will vary by restaurant). The package includes either a buffet meal OR an entree and a dessert, along with a non-alcoholic beverage or an alcoholic beverage for guests 21 and older.

After your meal, you’ll receive a reserved seating badge. This entitles you to reserved seating for one of the performances that same day (the reserved section is located in the second section in the middle of the America Gardens Theatre).

Be aware that seating is guaranteed, but it’s on a first-come, first-served basis within that section. You’ll still want to arrive early to snag the very best views!
