The Disney Destiny, Disney Cruise Line’s upcoming ship themed around beloved heroes and villains, is currently under construction at the shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. And based on what Disney just shared, the ship is taking shape faster than you might think!

Set to launch on November 20, 2025, from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Disney Destiny is bringing bold design, immersive storytelling, and iconic characters to sea. And with new sneak peeks released through the ship’s official log, we’re getting our first behind-the-scenes look at one of the most glamorous (and devious) lounges aboard: De Vil’s.

De Vil’s Lounge: Where Fashion Meets Mischief
Cruella fans, get ready. This posh piano lounge pays stylish tribute to the fabulously over-the-top villain from One Hundred and One Dalmatians. Located just beyond the Grand Hall, De Vil’s sets the tone with a piano key-style marquee that screams “chic mischief.”

As you step into the lounge, you’ll spot 15 paw prints surrounding Cruella’s signature catchphrase, “How Marvelous,” in a floor mosaic that lets you know you’re somewhere daringly different.
Inside, the design embraces black-and-white patterns with bold red accents, featuring lush textures and couture-inspired furniture that could make even Anita jealous.
The centerpiece? A show-stopping, spotted piano that looks like it was dipped in Dalmatian. The lounge’s vibe honors Cruella’s bold style while nodding to legendary Disney artist Ken Anderson, whose ink-splashed character designs inspired the carpet pattern.
And here’s a fun treat: You can download a wallpaper of the piano’s spotted pattern straight from Disney’s ship log to give your phone or desktop a villainous makeover.
