A new look is coming to Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, and fans are ready.

Can you believe that Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain in Disneyland Paris turns 30?

To celebrate this fan-favorite attraction’s 30th anniversary, the Walt Disney Imagineering Paris and Design & Delivery teams are giving it a stunning new exterior lighting display.
The best part? Disney promises it’s unlike anything we’ve seen before.

The project has been nearly two years in the making, with crews replacing more than 640 luminaires and installing over 17 kilometers of cabling to bring the new vision to life.
In addition to state-of-the-art lighting, the project includes a complete repainting and restoration of the attraction’s signature roof, updated technical access points, and modernized equipment to ensure smoother maintenance.

It will also feature all-new eHects to enhance this iconic Discoveryland attraction.
Longtime fans, get ready for another cool twist. The original lighting designer from the 1995 attraction is back on the project, helping to bring this upgrade to life with brand-new special effects.
These new additions will be perfect for the future, but also honor the attraction’s past legacy.
Completion
Once the project is complete, guests will experience a thrilling new light show that syncs with each vehicle launch!
