21 Disneyland Guests Injured After Bus Narrowly Avoids Accident
A scary situation unfolded near Disneyland Resort yesterday evening when a bus carrying a group of passengers heading back to their hotel nearly crashed into another car.
According to a report from NBC Los Angeles, the accident occurred at 9 PM on Katella Avenue near Disneyland Park.
Passengers say the bus slammed on its brakes to avoid hitting another car, causing several passengers to fly out of their seats. Emergency responders said 19 riders were evaluated at the scene with minor injuries, and two additional people were taken to the hospital.

21 passengers were reported injured after a bus traveling from Disneyland back to a hotel slammed on its brakes to avoid an accident.
“We were on the bus and we were slowing to a red light and it just stopped suddenly. The people from the back just flew forward. People in the seats hit their heads on the poles,” one passenger said.
Based on the reports, it sounds like guests were launched fairly far.
“Actually, one lady, she was all the way in the back, and she ended up in the middle of the bus,” another rider reported.
