We’d Sacrifice Our Voices for Beach Club’s Little Mermaid Cookie Pie

For example, over in Hollywood Studios, we’ve brought you the drink of the summer and cautioned you against the new variation of a popular treat. We want your trip to the resort to be as productive–and tasty–as possible!
So, naturally, we knew we had to bite into the new treat over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. And you guys–you need this.
Little Mermaid Cookie Pie
We’re here at Beach Club Marketplace, grabbing the new Little Mermaid Cookie Pie! The pie has marshmallow and ganache filling, sandwiched between two house-made graham cracker cookies, covered in blue chocolate. Oh–and of course, it wouldn’t be a sea-inspired treat without decorations!

Let’s get the obvious out of the way–it’s really cute. It’s my personal belief that sometimes taste is sacrificed for the treat to look cute. However, that’s not the case with this treat.
It’s just as good as it looks–nothing deceiving about it!

It tastes just like a s’mores cookie, which makes sense, since all the ingredients are there. Since we were outside, the marshmallow and ganache melted, which we typically try to avoid with our frozen treats. But with this treat, the heat made it more ooey-gooey–so even more delicious!
