That’s why we’ve been checking out the recently debuted Cool Kid Summer and v.i.passholder Summer Days offerings. Basically, if there’s something new to do in the resort, you can count on us being there.
Speaking of, a restaurant in Disney Springs has a bubbly event happening later this month, and we got a preview! Let’s check it out together.
Rosé Soirée
Disney Springs’ Summer House on the Lake is hosting a Rosé Soirée! Before we preview it together, let’s run through the details.
The event, which provides guests with bottomless rosé, seasonal cocktails, bites, and more, will take place on Friday, June 27th, from 6:30PM to 9:30PM. More specifically, the soirée will feature Summer House’s signature rosé and eats like the Sweet Corn & Crab Fritters, Grilled Black Cod Bites, and Roasted Patty Pan Squash.

In addition to the food and drinks, each ticket also includes the following:
- Stems in Bloom’s Build-Your-Own-Bouquet Bar
- Photobooth Activation
- Complimentary Wheelie Good Pops’ artisanal popsicles

The featured rosé was their Bisol Prosecco Rosé, Jeio. The artisanal popsicle will pair with the rosé. We were told another featured drink is their Aperol Spritz!

Summer Lake told us they’re looking to do more ticketed events this summer, which we hope they follow through with! They also confirmed they will have a drink and dish for Flavors of Florida, but they won’t be hosting any demos.
