BouTiki Merchandise Shop Undergoes Refurbishment this June
If you follow MickeyBlog, you know that Walt Disney World is undergoing a lot of changes this summer. The parks are always changing, and maintenance is necessary to keep everything updated and fresh.
We noticed earlier this month that the bathrooms near Casey’s Corner are being refurbished, leaving Main Street, U.S.A. with one less restroom.

Astro Orbitor in Tomorrowland also continues with refurbishments…

… and Cool Ship has been completely demolished.

These are just a few of the changes taking place, and Disney just announced another new update happening at one of our favorite resorts.
Undergoing Maintenance
Starting June 2, 2025, BouTiki at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will undergo maintenance until the end of the month. The resort will close half of the store for refurbishment while the other half will remain open to guests.
You can still shop for your favorite island-inspired souvenirs and vacation necessities!

If you are lucky enough to be visiting this fan-fave resort, keep in mind that maintenance may be seen and heard in the area until the work is complete at the end of June.
