PREVIEW of the New Spaceship Earth GEO-82 Lounge in EPCOT
Disney World is known for its family-first focus and kid-friendly vibes. It’s one of the few places on Earth where kids are welcome just about anywhere you go!
The new Geo-82 lounge in EPCOT is different though.

Cinderella Castle
For many of us, Disney World is a family destination. But that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate those adults-only spaces! The truth is, there aren’t too many places in Disney World that are truly adults-only.

Monsieur Paul in EPCOT
We’ve got Monsieur Paul over at EPCOT’s France pavilion and Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which both restrict younger guests from their dining rooms.

Meanwhile, establishments like The Edison and Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto have age restrictions only after a certain time of night.
But if you’re an adult looking for a sophisticated reprieve that is TRULY kid-free, your dreams are about to come true!
In case you missed it, Disney World’s FIRST adults-only space is coming to EPCOT on June 4th, 2025.
GEO-82 is a bar and lounge exclusively for guests aged 21 and over. The lounge will offer small bites, craft drinks, and a sophisticated adults-only space inside EPCOT’s iconic Spaceship Earth sphere.

Of course, guests still have a little bit of time to go before GEO-82 opens to the public.
But if you just can’t wait for more details, you’re in luck! Come along with MickeyBlog for an exclusive GEO-82 preview to find out what’s in store at EPCOT’s newest lounge!
Let’s check it out!
GEO-82 Special Preview
Come with us to head into the lounge!
This entrance is just way too cool.
This is the area that you will wait in once you’re called for your reservation until a Cast Member retrieves you to take you into the lounge.
Here’s another look!
The lounge itself is is love letter to EPCOT and Spaceship Earth, and you can definitely tell by the designs.
The gold colors pay homage to the original gold tones of EPCOT.
The sparkling ceiling in the lounge is to remind you of when you go backwards on Spaceship Earth.
There are many cubes, spheres, and rectangles used in the design that goes along with the traditional EPCOT theming.
Even the floor is highly themed.
Check out the fun chandeliers!
They look like fireworks.
Which, by the way, you could get a great view of the nightly EPCOT fireworks from the giant window over here.
Here’s another look!
The lounge can accommodate 92 guests…
…and there is no set time limit, but Disney believes that most guests will stay for about an hour.
We were also able to try some snacks and drinks! Here’s a look at the menu — there are some small bites…
…and zero-proof cocktails and wine selections.
There’s also a GEO-82 Cocktail Key!
We first tried the Electron, which is Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, Carrot, Cinnamon, Lime, Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters, Pink Peppercorn.
It was super refreshing and had a unique flavor to it!
We also tried the Brown Butter Old-Fashioned. This is Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, Brown Butter, Maple, Hella Cocktail Co. Mexican Chocolate Bitters.
Check out the ice that has an imprint of Spaceship Earth on it!
You can also get a Disney select bourbon flight here that has never been offered before. These are the trays used for the flights!
The small plates here are meant to compliment the drinks and mix and match with them.
We tried the Cannellini Hummus, which has Pumpkin Seed Pistou, Radish, Preserved Lemon, Fresno Peppers, and Pappadam. It was absolutely delicious and very creamy!
We also got the Truffled Ahi Tuna, which has Japanese Whisky Barrel-aged Soy-Truffle Ponzu, Citrus, Scallion, Tobiko, Black Sesame Seeds.
The tuna was top grade and a perfect compliment to the cocktails!
Overall, this new space is the perfect place for adult to come and relax out of the heat while they’re in EPCOT.
We can’t wait for it to be officially open! Reservations are available online right now.
Here’s another look at everything!
