PHOTOS: Duffy and Friends Star in First ‘Friendtastic!’ Photos
While all eyes are on Walt Disney World as we eagerly await the debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away later this summer, Hong Kong Disneyland is getting ready for a new procession of its own!
On June 28, the resort will unveil Friendtastic!, a new 30-minute parade that will be the centerpiece of the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th anniversary celebration.
The upcoming parade will feature 11 dazzling floats and over 100 performers, including over 30 Disney characters!

The roster includes Mickey and Friends and characters from Zootopia, Big Hero 6, Encanto, Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., Turning Red, Inside Out, and Up.
Duffy and Friends will also be joining in on the fun!

“From Mickey’s live drumming and Hong Kong’s signature bauhinia flower decorations, to the vibrant colors of the performers’ costumes — every detail celebrates what makes HKDL unique. Four original songs and choreography for each float will fuel the fun,” the resort teases.
Disney Previews the Friendtastic! Duffy Float
With less than a month to go until Friendtastic! debuts, Disney has shared four new images from the upcoming parade, centering on the Duffy and Friends float.
