Dr. Mark Penning Celebrates the Rewilding of Four Grauer’s Gorillas
For 30 years, the Disney Conservation Fund has been working hard to protect the natural environment and the wonders of nature that have inspired Disney’s stories and enriched our lives.
Since 1995, the fund has directed $132 million to help 600 nonprofit organizations protect more than 1,000 species of wildlife in half the world’s countries and all five oceans.
According to Disney, the grants have also provided millions of nature experiences to kids and families worldwide.

“And, beyond our grants, our dedicated teams have committed their talent and expertise to best-in-class scientific research and efforts to empower Cast and communities to take action to help protect wildlife and their habitats.”
