We’re Digging the New Dino Eggs-cavation Dessert in Disney’s Animal Kingdom
If you like your snacks pre-historic, there’s really no better place than Dino-Bite in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
Right now, they’ve got a fun new dessert on the menu for summer…and it seems just as much of an archaeological activity as an edible treat!

Dino Eggs-cavation
This is the “Dino Eggs-cavation” — a hilariously-named dessert sure to entertain and satisfy all at once.
Before we even begin to examine the ingredients, we can already see there’s a lot going on here! I’m not sure if you’d call it photogenic, but there’s definitely plenty to look at!

Costing $5.29, this dish consists of a Chocolate Chunk Cookie sitting on top of a pile of Cookie-Crumb-Milk Mousse.
There are edible Sugar Bones to add to the dinosaur theming, as well as a White Chocolate Egg, served with a “surprise inside!”

Now, I know you’re all dying to know what’s inside that egg, so let’s give it a crumble…

Yep, it’s a blue chocolate dino and some Mickey-shaped sprinkles!

According to our taste-testers, the cookie was soft and chewy in this dessert, although the mousse was a little on the plain side.
Texture-wise, we appreciated the different elements of this treat, and we’re sure it’s a novel dessert for any dinosaur fans looking to “dig in” this summer!

Will you be giving this unique Dino Eggs-cavation a try this summer? If so, we’ll see you at Dino-Bite Snacks — the cute cart located in DinoLand, U.S.A!
Then, if you’re looking for something to wash it down with, we’d suggest you give this unusual new concoction by Joffrey’s a go. After all, if you’re in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you’re going to want to dine on the wild side!
