With the grand debut of Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After taking place today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there certainly seems to be an air of mischief lurking here on Sunset Boulevard!

Thankfully, a new commemorative drink released in celebration of the show seems to have missed the memo to be evil, as our reporters have been claiming nothing but sweetness from this treat.
You’ll have to travel to the underworld with us to try this new drink, but we think it’ll be a worthwhile visit! Let’s go check it out!

New on the menu today is the Hades Ice Cream Float: a stunningly blue concoction which might sound a bit confusing, but sure does look the part.

This beverage blends Blue Raspberry Slush with Vanilla Ice Cream, which is then all drizzled in Blue Curacao Syrup. A cloud of Boba Pearls adds even more color to the cup, and there’s a puff of Blue Cotton Candy on top to finish.

Of course, that cotton candy is the perfect nod to Hades’s fiery hair!

A Unique Underworld Treat
While the sound of the ingredients mixed in this unique, non-alcoholic drink may make you question an order, we’re thrilled to share that our reporters could only refer to it as “surprising.”

According to them, the slush/ice-cream combo was reminiscent of a summer snow cone: sweet and creamy with fun bursts of boba in each bite.

Honestly, the only downside here comes from that paper straw. With the boba pearls being quite thick, they often got stuck in our straw, which turned into a bit of a mush rather quickly.
Thicker straws wouldn’t go amiss here!

Despite this, we’d definitely recommend you head on down to Hollywood Scoops this summer to give the Hades Float a try.
